When troubleshooting any issue with Thinprint engine, you may need to enable Thinprint Logging, capture the issue and send logs to Thinprint Support.


To run the Thinprint Diagnostic tool

.NET Framework 3.5 or higher


Download the Thinprint Diagnostic Tool from here:

-Run it on the server and client 

-Click on Thinprint Logging tab

-Check all component boxes

-Browse and select a folder where you want to save the logs (folder must have write permissions for domain users)

-Click on apply and restart services

NOTE: to disable logging un-check all component boxes and restart services
